Welcome to the CABPES Registration
Section. All the forms that you need to register for CABPES
programs are in this section.
To register, you must print the forms,
complete them and mail them with the appropriate fees to:

For the JETS Program, you must complete
the following:

Student Membership Application |

| Read the CABPES Rules |
| Student and Parent must sign the
CABPES Disciplinary Policy |
| Field Trip Permission Form |
| Submit fees as directed the in
Registration Fees form. |
For the MEP Program, you must complete
the following:
| Complete Sections A and C of the
Student Membership Application |

| Read the CABPES Rules |
| Student and Parent must sign the
CABPES Disciplinary Policy |

For the SAT Preparation Program, you
must complete the following:

Student Membership Application |

| Student and Parent must sign the

Students may register for multiple programs
by completing the forms and their portions as listed above.
Each JETS and MEP student must submit an
essay with their application describing themselves and their
interest in CABPES. The essay should have their name, school
and grade on the top. It should be 200 words for 6th
through 8th graders and 300 words for 9th
through 12th graders. It is preferred if it is typed
and double-spaced. Some topics to include in the essay are:

| Why would you like to participate in a
CABPES program? |
| What are you interested in learning
about engineering and math? |
| How will you benefit from
participating in the CABPES programs? |

| Scholarships |
|
Proceeds from the Annual Awards Banquet provide scholarship
funds for graduating seniors who are pursuing college studies in
engineering or science. |
